Recent advances in Gaussian Splatting have made the generation of 3D scenes from video and photos faster, better, and more accessible. You can now use your smartphone, or a drone, or any other camera to generate a realistic 3D scene that can be rendered in the web browser, or immersively in VR.
In this talk I will show how these 3D scenes can be generated, edited and displayed. At the end of the talk you will be able to generate your own Gaussian Splats of the real world, and know how they can be shared with others.
